16 Days of Activism Walk Against Family Violence

It’s time to show up!

Join us for the Walk Against Gender Based Violence on Friday 22 November to help create a future where we are all safe, equal and respected.

By joining the Walk in solidarity with victim survivors, you can take action to prevent family violence and violence against women. People of all genders are welcome.

Meet at 10.45AM Ground Floor of QVWC, 210 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne and walk with us!
Wear orange if you can and don’t forget your signs and banners! Need to make a last minute banner? We’ll have you sorted!

Tag @qvwc_melbourne on your instagram socials to let us know why you’re walking, using the hashtag hashtag#QVWC16DAYS

Stay tuned over the hashtag#16Days 25 Nov until 10 Dec, as we spotlight some of the leaders working in the sector to stop gender based violence!

This event marks the beginning of the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence, a UN global campaign calling for the prevention and elimination of violence against women and girls.

*when we say ‘women’ it always includes trans and gender diverse women and sistergirls.
